The 14-day guarantee

If you’re not happy with Mostravia within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we’ll refund that payment in full — no forms, no back-and-forth. Fourteen days is enough to watch posts going live on your own profile and see we do what we say — judge us on real work, not a promise.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@mostravia.com from your account email within 14 days of your first charge.
• Tell us it isn’t working for you — a reason helps us improve, but isn’t required.
• We process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

After the first 14 days

There’s no contract, so you can cancel anytime and you won’t be billed again. We don’t pro-rate or refund part-months after the guarantee window, since the work for that period is already done.

Annual plans

The 14-day guarantee applies to annual plans too, from your first payment. Cancel within 14 days for a full refund of the year.
